Ameriplan® Fee Schedule

There are THREE different fees schedules - and each is assigned a color: Teal, LIME (or Green) and Red. SEE MAP BELOW. YOUR fee schedule is based on your zip code where you live. Savings vary only SIGHTLY from one color zone to the next!   Looking at the map below, determine your color zone and then click on the appropriate color that applies to you. The fee schedule will open to a new window and is in .PDF format so you may print the fee schedule if you wish.
